How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 48 hours, but shipping time may vary depending on your location.
Orders are being shipped from Seattle, WA US via USPS Priority Mail and usually take between 2-9 days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Menatti (Clothing Company) will gladly accept returns or exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise with all internal garment tags intact with your original receipt within thirty (30) days of the date of the shipment delivery.
Refunds are made in the form of the original payment.
If not, subject to any legal requirements we will issue you merchandise credit, merchandise credits do not expire.
Menatti (Clothing Company) reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in sole discretion Please include with the product being returned all original boxes, instructions, documents and wrappings.
After reviewing the product, we will let you know whether you have a right to do a refund based on our Return and Exchange policy conditions.
We will process your refund as soon as possible and in any case within thirty (30) days of the date the returned goods have been received by us.
TO MAKE RETURNS Please email us at contact@shopmenatti.com to initiate your return and obtain an RMA#.
To make your return as efficiently as possible please include In the subject line of your email: ORDER # (appears as ORDER # 8XXXXXX)
In the body of the email:
(1) What you are returning specifically
(2) The reason for making the return
(3) Whether you are interested in an exchange for a different size, a different style of similar prices, or a refund.
Shipping Policy
GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY
Once your order is placed, you can expect it to be processed within 48 business hours. Items are shipped via UPS for domestic orders including Puerto Rico and Canada.
TRANSIT TIMES
Our transit times are based on UPS posted delivery days and we cannot guarantee receipt of your order in the stated number of days if there are carrier issues, inclement weather or other factors out of our control.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Standard Ground: 1-5 Business Days International Shipping: Please allow for 10 to 14 days for delivery 2-Day Shipping: 2-day Shipping means 2 business days. Orders may take 24 hours to process through our systems prior to shipping. There will be no exceptions for this. Orders placed on a Friday may not ship till Monday. We do not ship over the weekends or holidays.
SHIPPING RATES
Domestic orders below a $100 receive a standard flat rate of $10 (subject to vary based on certain factors)Domestic orders $100 and over receive free shipping International orders do not receive free shipping and the shipping rate is subject to vary based on location.
ORDER PROCESSING INFORMATION**
Please note that the orders are only processed and shipped Monday through Friday.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information allowing you to track your order
CANCELLING ORDERS
Because an order cannot be cancelled once a shipping label has been created, please contact us within 4 hours of your order. After that, your request will be treated as a return request.

How do I change my shipping address?
Login and click “My Account” from the top right menu. Then select Addresses and click “Edit” next to the address you would like to change.
How do I track the status of my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped, and you can also find your tracking information by clicking on My Account and then Orders when logged into your Menatti’s account.
How do I receive customer support?
Click on the “CONTACT” button to the bottom left corner of this page. Support tickets are answered within 24 hours.
What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
If you have entered the wrong shipping address for your order, immediately contact support by clicking the “CONTACT” button on the bottom left side of this page.
At this time we are only shipping within the continental United States.
Will my items come in one package?
All items for a particular order will be packaged and shipped in the same package, unless it’s a big order then it will be sent in separate packages.
